Carbon Footprint Assessment

I conduct carbon footprint assessments using the Bilan Carbone® methodology or the GHG Protocol.
Since January 2024, the IFC has certified me for carbon footprints and regulatory BEGES. Therefore, I can carry out your assessments to comply with the law.

  • GHG scoping of a pharmaceutical company using the GHG Protocol (focus on Scope 3) in 2023 and 2024;
  • GHG Protocol Carbon Footprint Assessment of an IT company (2023 & 2024) ;
  • Bilan Carbone® of a steel trader ;
  • Bilan Carbone® of a paper-based products company ;
  • Bilan Carbone® of an artisanal brewer ;

Completing your carbon footprint may lead to CDP reporting, the implementation of SBTi criteria, an Ecovadis assessment, or even B Corp certification. Your customers may also ask you to carry out a carbon footprint as part of the new European regulation, the CSRD.

I am trained on the ACT Steps-by-Steps methodology for your decarbonization strategy.

I carry out carbon assessments for all types of companies, particularly for VSEs, SMEs, and ETIs. I also help them improve their CDP scoring, their Ecovadis medal or get the B Corp certification.

Thanks to my studies and experience, I’m more interested in industrial environments, but I also carry out carbon assessments for companies in the tertiary sector (IT and services).

Bilan Carbone® of my activity (2024)

For the sake of transparency, I have calculated the carbon footprint of my business in 2024.

My total emissions for 2024 are 1.13 tCO2e, broken down as follows:

  • Purchases of goods and services: 681 kgCO2e (60%). Mainly related to the purchase of services such as training, insurance, and banking services (Uncertainty of 80% due to the use of monetary factors). Goods purchased include office consumables ;
  • Business travel: 365 kgCO2e (32%). I made business trips by train and car to meet my partners and customers ;
  • Electricity: 86 kgCO2e (7%). As I work from home, a large part of my impact comes from the production of electricity to heat my workroom, as well as the consumption of my computer and lighting (heating accounts for the most significant part of the impact) ;
  • Capital goods: 8kgCO2e (2.4%) I work in a building built in the 80s. The impact of fixed assets comes from my laptop, amortised over 3 years, which is a refurbished one (impact figures from ADEME) ;
